Lamoxi Consulting was established to address a gap that became apparent through years of direct cross-border operations between Shanghai and Durban: international enterprises entering South Africa were consistently under-advised on the regulatory, cultural, and commercial realities of the market.
The consequence was predictable — delayed timelines, compliance exposure, and partnerships that looked sound on paper but failed in practice. We built Lamoxi to change that outcome.
With a founding principal based in Shanghai and an advisory team anchored in KwaZulu-Natal, we operate as a genuinely dual-city firm.
